Match an existing brand book or interior schedule. Cladding colours, sanitaryware, lighting, flooring brand, paint references and joinery details are sourced against your supplied specification, with itemised pricing and lead times.

Our design team produces concept drawings, finish boards and a high-level specification — usually within 5 working days of the brief.

Engineer
Structural, MEP and compliance engineering against UK Building Regs, US IBC or EU Eurocodes. Itemised quote and lead-time confirmation.

Build
Factory fabrication with weekly QC photo updates. Your design lead has direct line into the production manager — change requests handled in-flight.

Deliver
Site delivery, levelling, foundation connection and a handover walkthrough. Documentation pack includes warranty, certifications and care manual.
