What we collect

- Project details you supply in the brief field — use case, footprint, site context, timeline.
- Optional company information when you apply to become an authorised dealer.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer) for security and analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry within one working day with a configuration and indicative quote.
- To deliver the products and services you order, including invoicing and aftercare.
- To improve the website and the documentation we share with you.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the lawful basis of (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) the performance of a contract when you place an order, and (c) our legitimate interests in running a secure website and improving our service.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for 36 months from the most recent contact. Order and invoicing data is retained for the period required by tax and commercial law in our regional entity (typically 7–10 years). Server logs are retained for 90 days.
