About these terms
These terms govern your use of the MODDOLIVING website and the commercial framework for any quote, order or delivery you place with us. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Website use
You may browse and share content from this website for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, sell or use it for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. All content (text, images, schemas, brand marks) is © MODDOLIVING unless otherwise stated.
Quote process and pricing
MODDOLIVING operates a B2B quote-only model. Indicative pricing on the website (where shown) is illustrative; the firm price for your project is confirmed in a written, itemised quote issued by our team. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when a signed quote and 30% deposit clear in our regional entity (US, UK or EU). Standard payment schedule is 30% deposit, 40% on factory QC sign-off, 30% on installation. Custom Design or fast-track orders may carry adjusted terms, set out in the relevant quote.
Delivery and installation
Lead times are quoted at brief stage and reconfirmed at order. Delivery, installation, site access and foundation requirements are itemised in the quote. Risk passes to you on installation hand-over walkthrough; title passes on receipt of final payment.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel an order within 7 working days of signed quote with full deposit refund. After 7 days, the deposit covers factory release and design work and is non-refundable. Once the unit has entered factory production, the full order is non-cancellable. Detailed refund schedule is set out in your quote.
Warranty
Standard warranty: 10 years structural (chassis, frame, weather envelope), 5 years cladding and insulation, 2 years electrical and finishes. Warranty terms are set out in the handover documentation pack.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order to which the claim relates. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or pure economic loss to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Governing law
Contracts entered with our European entity are governed by Dutch law. Contracts with our US entity are governed by Florida law. Contracts with our Turkish entity are governed by Turkish law. The governing entity is identified in your quote.
